About Me

Hi, my name is Sarah Louise.

My journey into spirituality started many years ago when I first studied alternative medicine. My journey into sacred sexuality and tantric sex started about four years ago when I was woken up by a what I call a "mirror" partner.  He was a person I had a deep soul connection with whom I fell deeply in love with.  The relationship was not only very emotional but extremely sexually charged. It continued on and off like that until I met up with the the wonderful Anastacea Koudrie of Tantra London.

I have always been open about,  and accepting of, my own sexuality and have always done meditative practice, but I found myself reduced to tears each time I made love to my partner.  After meeting Ana my life started to change in ways I could have never imagined, I had already started on the spiritual path and sex became far more spiritual and empowering.  However my partner didn't appear to be spiritually awakening at the same rate.  Little did I know through my "soul" journey that this was my shadow side being mirrored back to me in what was to turn out to be be one of the most destructive dysfunctional relationships. It was a very painful jouney but it also turned out to be the most amazing healing journey I needed to take me on my life's path.  I certainly had to go through what some describe as the "dark night of the soul"

I had previously studied sexuality and sexual behaviour for many years and tantra to to a lesser degree. It was only over the last couple of years that I realised that tantra is more a way of being rather than a something you just pick up along the way.

It is my soul's purpose to share my skill, my life experiences and inner wisdom to help those who seek sexual healing of their old negative limiting beliefs about love and sexuality and to heal old emotional wounds and traumas through tantra and energy work.

I have also developed my own unique style of sexual energy healing which is both beneficial for couples and men and women alike.

I am an Empath, which means that I am able to feel the feelings you are feeling - even those that you do not express outwardly. I often pick up feelings long before you are even aware of them consciously.  By allowing yourself to be vulnerable for the short time that you are with me, it opens up a whole range of infinite possibilities when working with me.

In my alternative therapy work, I have always followed the Taoist traditions having trained in TCM acupuncture and massage. I continued with my tantric training and decided that I wanted to share my experiences with others by using my skills to teach others how to become more sexually accepting of themselves. I teach both men, women and couples how to experience openness and love within themselves and their relationships.  I also offer sex coaching sessions.

The most important part about sharing my skills as a sexual healer and tantric worker is about your own ability to be authentic and honest with me.  If I send you back with nothing after your first visit, except the ability to drop your ego for a couple of hours, to learn how to receive and develop confidence within yourself, you will come back and see me again. 

This website is dedicated to of all those who have "lost their way" when it comes to love and intimacy.  It is also dedicated to all of those people who have been hurt and abandoned by people who are unable to give or receive real love intimacy.
