Tantra for Women

Sadly many women do not know what it feels like to have sexual bliss.

So what are the benefits to women by practicing tantric sex or sacred sexuality with their partner.

And that is just some of the benefits 

But seriously though, sexual fulfilment is both healthy for the mind and body. A woman who is sexually active is less likely to suffer from physical ailments. One of my favourite topics of conversation is when a man says "my wife always has a headache, and doesn't want sex".

I know a lot about energy in the body and I pinch myself whenever I hear that story.  If only the woman knew that the best cure for a headache is to move the energy by creating sexual energy in the body and the headache miraculously dissappears.

Many women have lost their femininity. They have taken on the masculine energy and their need for orgasm is driven by the same masculine force that drives a man to have an orgasm in five minutes.  Many women have become sex addicts like men or love addicts because they are out of balance with their own sexual energies.  These types of sexually practices put them at risk both emotionally and physically. They become prey to sexual predators and types of men such as narcissists and sociopaths which can be very damaging spiritually and cause long term damage to our sexual chakras.  It is time for women to look to tantra for true sexual healing. 

If you want me to teach you how to have an orgasm in five minutes of course I can do that. I have balanced my masculine and feminine sides otherwise I wouldn't be able to do the work I do. However women want to feel a deeper connection to spirit when it comes to making love to their partner otherwise they are left with that empty feeling after sex. I call it the “longing”. Sex is not just about penetration. We are so caught up on being good mothers, good parents good providers we often feel like good whores in the bedroom.

From my experience it is man's nature to want to pleasure a woman however there is a secret to allowing the man to give to us unconditional love and sexual bliss.

When a woman learns how to nurture herself through tantra it becomes not only a gift to herself but to her partner, if she has one. Some women have lost their power over the years and used it for the wrong things by use sex as a weapon. Once a woman is able resist that urge and realise that she holds the key to relationship happiness by nurturing her “inner goddess”.

I will teach a woman how through meditative breathwork how to become in tune with her own sexual energies and how to pleasure herself through massage and bodywork.  I will help her to heal those emotional blocks that may have led her to feel like a prostitute or a doormat in the past when it comes to sexual relationships with men. 

The more she is able to create love from within and stir up her own sexual energies by working on her own inner goddess, rather than look for it from outside in the way that the more she is able to raise her vibration and attract more people towards her. 

The great news about following the tantric spiritual path is that it stirs up a whole range of powerful energies that keep your young, healthy, radiant and beautiful.  Its like being beautiful from the inside out. 

I remember meeting my first chinese acupuncture teacher a woman who was 58 at the time who looked amazing telling me how important it was for women to have regular sex.  Although it was over ten years ago, at that time I was in a very unhappy almost celibate marraige.  I looked about ten years older than I do now!

My own journey is all about creating happiness from within, which radiates without.  I want to share my many secrets with the women that come to see me that will open your eyes in a most profound and healing way.
