Tantra for Couples

In my sessions I tell you about lovemaking positions and love-making techniques so that you and your partner can connect with each other and create deeper intimacy. As a result through breathing and meditative excercises, touch and exploration that expand your mind and body, you will both be able to connect to your higher powers.  As a result you will benefit from more powerful orgasms and sacred sexuality.

From a tantra perspective, every man and woman holds a spark of divine essence within each of them.  One needs to acknowledge the divinity in our partner or "mirror" and by our willingness to accept their divinity as our own, and take turns giving and receiving to another.   Accepting that neither one or other is more greater or lessor than the other, we invoke the divine presence that is our true higher self.  Our sense of oneness and connection.

Sexual Harmony for Couples

Although my practice is not uniquely tantra nor sex therapy in itself,  many of the techniques I use can help you recover from sexual trauma and other intimacy problems. For more details see my notes on men and women.

Traditional Patriarchal - This type of relationship is based on male dominated teachings typically found in conservative religion-based societies where the male is regarded as unquestionably dominant. Patriarchal relationships are based on and justified by their traditional view which regards women as weaker, less intelligent and therefore entitled to be controlled by the stronger male. Neither men nor women question this assumption. Females are expected to be subservient to males on most matters both within and outside the family. In this kind of relationship while the male experiences many opportunities for independence, there is very little opportunity for the female to experience life as an individual (copyright John Nutting)

Traditional Matriarchal - This type of relationship while theoretically acknowledging the male as the head of the partnership, in practice places the female in the position where she exercises many subtle but powerful forms of control. This results in her having the final say on many significant family issues. Matriarchal relationships tend to regard men as being at best, "little boys" who (when it comes to family matters) need to be guided by stronger women. It is commonly found in many traditional Mediterranean, Eastern European and Jewish societies. A balanced sexual relationship is based on neither one nor the other.  Some unbalanced sexual relationships exist because one or both partners is no honest about their sexuality which can lead to all kinds of relationships problems 

Many women in particular are concerned and ashamed about their bodies.  They may worry they are too fat, or their breasts are too small when in fact their partner is quite happy with them.  Distracting thoughts like these can often lead on to other more destructive thoughts like "does my partner not care really about me".  Perhaps they will have an affair and then leads on to mistrust and lack of intimacy in a relationship. 

This is why the woman needs to take the lead and I will teach her to find her Inner Goddess so that she feels empowered to take on a more positive role within the couple relationship. 

My Sessions for Couples

Tantric sex sessions will not work if either of you have strong emotional or sexual blocks prior to coming to see me. First of all it's usually one partner's idea to come, although with good intentions, whereas the other may not be interested or ready to commit to such intimate play because of long standing emotional wounds.

If this is the case, I would suggest that as a couple you come for sex coaching first for a couple of hours whereby we can discuss any problems either individually or as a couple then we can move onto the fun stuff. We may use voice dialogue and emotional clearing to remove any unwanted blocks before moving onto more physical work. It saves a lot of time and money and allows everyone to feel comfortable.

To gain the best out of tantric sex teaching sessions you need to be in a loving relationship with your partner and be comfortable and relaxed about your own bodies. You will be coming to see me because you want to connect to your higher power and build a stronger deeper connection between the two of you.

Once you feel comfortable with me you will find my sessions are very intuitive. I will be as hands-on or off as you would like them to be. I will often leave you on your own after instruction to make sure you have gained the maximum benefit from each instruction. I used a variety of different techniques that are far too long to list on this website, and many skills to enable you to benefit from the full sexual bliss that is your birthright. I will teach the woman how to relax her partner and allow their sexual energy to flow freely between them.

All my sessions are tailored specifically for your own needs, and after discussion I will usually arrange a first visit of 2 hours.

Please note : If you are coming as a couple you would need a minimum 2 hour session. However this includes a half hour free of charge explanation about tantra and how to meditate and breath during the massage to receive the full benefit of a tantric experience. You will actually be here for 2 1/2 hours

Each session is tailor made to the clients needs. I also do :

If you are wanting to learn how to practice tantric sex I would suggest a minimum of 3 hours and that the woman first contacts me and ideally sees me beforehand. 

I do special rates for pre-booked sessions if you are planning on taking spiritual sex seriously and have devised my own programme which consists of 12 hours spread into 4 bi monthly slots at a negotiable rate
